B.J. Pinnick

Is there anything this man can't play? This skinny white kid with the dreadlocks is a very cool guy who knows guitar, bass, drums and we are proud to have him on our McGuire Music team!

Scott Pazera

Scott has been playing bass for over 20 years and is one of the most respected jazz artists and teachers in the midwest. He loves performing but not as much as spending time with daughter Sophia.

Nathan Hill

Nate is our newest counter guy. He plays guitar and can hum & beat box at the same time. He can also solve differential equations and is licenced to give CPR. Dave & Don will surely need that soon.
McGuire Music & Sound is an independent music company founded in 1971 by local Lafayette musicians Dan McGuire and David Grimes.  Dan left the business and moved to California in 1981, but Dave Grimes along with partner Don Leuck and a talented staff of music professionals continue to grow the business & work every day to improve the service to our long-time loyal customers.  McGuire Music is a member of NAMM, the National Association of Music Merchants, an organization whose goal is to lead and strengthen the music products industry and to increase active participation in music making.
